Honolulu Festival 2008

posted by AR2 at 2008-03-19 04:52 1. Honolulu Festival 2008

Once you see and hear Halko Momoi perform in person and experience the care with which she treats her fans, you can not help but be transformed into a fan of hers yourself.

I am hoping you can pass this message on to Halko Momoi and her fans that came with her from Japan and around the world... (as I lack the reading and writing skills to be able to post to the Japanese language Halko Momoi sites. Apologies.)

Mahalo Nui Loa! Thank You Very Much! Domo Arigato Gozai Mashita!

Thank you all for coming to Hawai'i! Thank you for sharing the Halko Momoi experience with all of us. Thank you for participating in the Honolulu Festival 2008! Halko, your two performances with all of your fans during the festival were the highlight of that day at the Hawaii Convention Center!

I can't wait to see you again!

Please come visit us in Hawai'i again!

Aloha till we meet again!

Just to clarify since I don't know and couldn't find anything googling your name, but are you a fan of hers, staff from the honolulu festival, or someone who just happened to see her concert and liked it?

Also, if you're interested most of us English fans are posting here about recent news:

Aloha PantsGoblin!

Thank you for the information. I'll take a look at the other website. I was wondering where all her fans went.

Yeah, I would be pretty surprised if you found me googling. I am pretty old skool. (Back in the day when ASCII was proclaiming MSX to be the future, and the spirit of the Nine Old Men truly fractured into what would become Pixar, Don Bluth Studios, and modern Anime.) Slowly making my way back.

Although, I've probably been listening to Halko's music for quite some time, I didn't start considering myself a fan until I read about her Anime Expo blog. I was very impressed by her not forgetting her roots as a fan of anime, and her love of her fans and other anime performers. That expression was very old skool. I started becoming more aware of her music and thought it was just another sign when I found out she would be performing at the Honolulu Festival! I was definitely swept away by her performance and fan attention as well as her spirited fans!

Were you here in Hawai'i?

Mahalo.
